Although Vteck Media has rate cards (price lists) detailing our hourly and daily charges for individual services, which are used to determine project costs, for most projects we prefer to provide you with a detailed custom proposal and a flat-rate quote that will cover everything. That way, we believe, there is a greater incentive to make sure that your project is run as efficiently and smoothly as possible, leading to a greater opportunity for success. We will not give you a lowball quote and then come up with additional charges or higher hourly rates.

When we agree on the scope and costs for your project, if we miss something and do not quote the project properly as a result of our error, not yours, we will not expect you to pay extra. If, however you request significant revisions, changes or additions that were not anticipated or included in the original quote, we will update project costs and obtain your approval before proceeding with the project. If you desire, we can break down your project into separately priced key functions so you can see how the costs are distributed.

Our pricing is in line with and based upon industry standard practices for the quality and services we provide in this market. There are companies that charge less, but they typically lack the experience to know how to properly charge, or even worse, they may lack the experience or capability necessary to provide the quality you deserve.
